Prompt: Talk about a time when you had to write a poem, whether it was for an assignment, event, or special occasion. What was the writing process like for you, and were you proud of the finished product?

A time I had to write a poem was in my ElA class last year. It was a hard writing process since everything had to rhyme which made it tricky. After a while I found a flow and got it done. It was fun and I wrote a pretty good poem in my opinion. This was a time I wrote a pome.

Summary: We read and analyzed a poem

Reflection: This increased my analyzing skills to break down and find information the writer did not imply. It also helped increased my reading comprehsion skills.
